Job Details:
- Location: Toronto, ON
- Salary: $65,000 annually / 35 hours per week

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management, General
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Work Environment:
- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
- Work setting is in an urban area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies
- Monitor staff performance
- Set staff work schedules
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Inspect products and processing methods; prepare reports and ensure compliance with health, quality, and safety regulations
- Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
Supervision:
- Supervise more than 20 people
