Responsibilities:
- Conduct performance reviews to assess and improve staff effectiveness.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
- Address customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives.
Work Environment:
- This position requires on-site work; remote work is not an option.
- Work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are crucial.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years is required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role is preferred.
