Responsibilities:

  • Conduct performance reviews to assess and improve staff effectiveness.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives.

Work Environment:

  • This position requires on-site work; remote work is not an option.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are crucial.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years is required.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role is preferred.
