Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years)
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop budgets to maintain profitability
- Evaluate daily operations and adjust food prep methods and pricing
- Monitor revenues and labor costs
- Recruit, supervise, and train staff
- Set work schedules and conduct performance reviews
- Balance cash and complete financial reports
- Organize inventory and negotiate with suppliers and clients
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Working Conditions:
- Budgetary responsibility: $4,000,001 – $8,000,000
- Supervises 11–15 people
- Work must be completed at the physical location
