Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (1–2 years)
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Computer Knowledge: MS Office, Point of Sale system, Spreadsheet
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain profits
- Evaluate daily operations
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to budget
- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Set staff work schedules
- Supervise and train staff
- Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Supervise 50–100 people
