Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Determine services offered and implement operations
- Balance cash and complete financial forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Cost products and services
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Participate in marketing plans and their execution
- Address customer complaints
- Provide customer service
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Supervise more than 20 employees
