Responsibilities:
- Analyze budget and implement strategies to boost and maintain restaurant profits.
- Evaluate daily operations and modify food preparation methods and menu prices as necessary.
- Plan and organize daily operations while setting staff work schedules.
- Supervise and train staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Address customer complaints or concerns and provide outstanding customer service.
- Organize and maintain inventory and cost products and services.
Qualifications:
- Education: College/CEGEP.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
Skills:
- Proficient in accounting software, electronic cash registers, MS Word, and spreadsheets.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
Personal Suitability:
- Client-focused, dependable, and efficient in interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and teamwork are essential, along with a strong attention to detail.
