Qualifications:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews.
  • Plan and organize daily operations.
  • Set staff work schedules and supervise staff.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns and provide customer service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Setting: On-site; work must be completed at the physical location with no remote option.
  • Work Environment: Noisy, hot, fast-paced, under pressure, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
