Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenues to manage labor costs effectively.
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations while recruiting and setting work schedules for staff.
- Train staff and conduct performance reviews to enhance service quality.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and health and safety regulations.
- Organize and maintain inventory, manage events, and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service while leading a team of 50-100 individuals.
Qualifications:
- Education: No formal degree or certificate required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
- Certifications: Smart Serve certification preferred.
Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office and point-of-sale systems, with strong spreadsheet capabilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a focus on client relations.
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
