Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenues to manage labor costs effectively.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations while recruiting and setting work schedules for staff.
  • Train staff and conduct performance reviews to enhance service quality.
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and health and safety regulations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, manage events, and address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while leading a team of 50-100 individuals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: No formal degree or certificate required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
  • Certifications: Smart Serve certification preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office and point-of-sale systems, with strong spreadsheet capabilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a focus on client relations.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
