Key Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Evaluating daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Monitoring staff performance and providing coaching as needed.
- Planning and organizing daily operations to meet business goals.
- Recruiting and training new staff members.
- Setting work schedules for team members to ensure adequate coverage.
- Balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Conducting performance reviews for staff members.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory levels and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Addressing customer complaints and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Providing exceptional customer service to all patrons.
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to 7 months of relevant experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team.
