About the Role
Kinton Ramen London is looking for an experienced and organized Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing profitability, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining strict health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
- Work Location: 100% On-site (No remote option available)
- Language: English
- Education: College/CEGEP/non-university certificate or diploma (1–2 year program) or equivalent experience
- Experience: 2 to less than 3 years of relevant management experience
- Supervision: Manage and lead a team of 11–15 people
- Certifications Required:
- Smart Serve
- Safe Food Handling Certificate / Food Safety Certificate
Responsibilities
- Operations & Budgeting: Plan, organize, and evaluate daily operations; analyze budgets, monitor revenues, track labor costs, and maintain inventory.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff; conduct performance reviews and monitor daily output.
- Customer Service & Administration: Address customer complaints, balance cash/complete daily financial reports, and maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Supplier & Safety Management: Negotiate with suppliers for food and supplies while enforcing all health and safety regulations.
