Qualifications Required
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews for staff.
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns to enhance satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations of the restaurant.
