Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and sterilizing operative areas.
- Provide technical assistance to surgeons by laying out instruments, setting up equipment, and assisting surgical teams.
- Clean and sterilize the operating room and instruments.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative personal and comfort care.
- Monitor respiratory therapy and intravenous therapy as established.
- Educate patients and their families on safety and health practices.
- Deliver nursing services within the defined scope of practice, based on patient assessments and care planning.
- Monitor patient progress, evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a nursing role.

- Accurate, client-focused, and dependable with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexible, initiative-driven, and organized; must be reliable and a team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment under pressure.
