- Salary: $25.40 hourly / 40 to 44 hours per week

Qualifications Needed
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a relevant role
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and sterilizing operative areas
- Provide technical assistance to surgeons, including laying out instruments, setting up equipment, and assisting surgical teams with gowns and gloves
- Clean and sterilize the operating room and instruments
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative personal and comfort care
- Monitor established respiratory therapy and intravenous therapy
- Provide safety and health education to individuals and their families
- Deliver nursing services within the defined scope of practice based on patient assessment and care planning procedures
- Monitor patients’ progress, evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions, and consult with appropriate members of the healthcare team
