Job Details

  • Salary: $774 bi-weekly / 22.5 hours per week

Qualifications Needed

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a relevant role

Responsibilities

  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements
  • Collect and screen applicants
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Review candidate inventories
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Interview, hire, and provide training for staff

Experience and Specialization

  • Computer and Technology Knowledge:
    • Proficient in MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word
    • Familiarity with social media and internet applications

Additional Information

  • Security and Safety: Bondable and criminal record check required
  • Transportation/Travel: Valid driver’s license and own transportation required; willingness to travel
