Qualifications Needed
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a relevant role
Responsibilities
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements
- Collect and screen applicants
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
- Review candidate inventories
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
- Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers
- Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training
- Recruit and hire staff
- Interview, hire, and provide training for staff
Experience and Specialization
- Computer and Technology Knowledge:
- Proficient in MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word
- Familiarity with social media and internet applications
Additional Information
- Security and Safety: Bondable and criminal record check required
- Transportation/Travel: Valid driver’s license and own transportation required; willingness to travel
