Hear Right Canada is dedicated to providing exceptional hearing care services to our clients. We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our medical clinic team in Whitby. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a healthcare environment and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, your primary duties will include:
- Greeting patients and visitors as they arrive at the clinic.
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic’s calendar.
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality.
- Assisting with billing and insurance processes.
- Providing general administrative support to the clinical team.
Qualifications
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an asset.
Skills Required
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a busy environment.
- Reliability and a professional demeanor.
