This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a healthcare environment and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, your primary duties will include:

  • Greeting patients and visitors as they arrive at the clinic.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic’s calendar.
  • Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Assisting with billing and insurance processes.
  • Providing general administrative support to the clinical team.

Qualifications

  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an asset.

Skills Required

  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a busy environment.
  • Reliability and a professional demeanor.
