Qualifications Required
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Computer Skills: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of production workers
- Oversee workers operating processing machines and fabricating, assembling, finishing, or inspecting plastic or rubber parts
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate with other units
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
- Prepare production and other reports
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Set up machines and equipment
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
