Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare price quotations and purchase orders
  • Process files, paperwork, and purchases
  • Provide information on available materials
  • Calculate costs and forward invoices
  • Obtain quotations from catalogues and suppliers
  • Maintain purchasing files, reports, and records
  • Resolve delivery and supplier issues
  • Compile inventory reports
  • Verify receipts and packing slips
