Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Implement and review new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
- Carry out administrative activities and oversee office procedures
- Administer policies related to the release of records under government legislation
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation and equipment supplies
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory controls
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
