- Salary: $34.10 to $36.38 hourly (To be negotiated)

Qualifications Necessary
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in an office management or administrative role
- Languages: English
Responsibilities of the Job
- Implement and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures
- Monitor and evaluate office performance and coordinate administrative services
- Direct and advise staff engaged in records management, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services
- Plan and control budgets for projects and support services
- Manage events and ensure daily operations run smoothly
Experience and Specialization
- Knowledge of computer and technology tools, including Salesforce, MS Excel, MS Word, WordPress, MailChimp, and social media
- Experience in data interpretation and evaluation within a digital media context
Work Environment
