Qualifications Required:

  • Education: College/CEGEP in Construction management.
  • Experience: 5 years or more.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates and manage budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of subcontractors and more than 20 staff members across various areas of responsibility.
  • Develop and implement risk management plans.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Oversee the analysis of data and the preparation of engineering technical reports or other documents.
  • Evaluate daily operations and prepare comprehensive progress reports.

Working Conditions:

  • On the road work: Work locations vary and frequent or constant travel is required.
  • Requires high proficiency in scheduling packages and project management software.
  • Managing large teams and multiple contractors simultaneously.
