Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end management of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within scope, and budget. You will act as the single point of contact for cross-functional business, IT, and technical teams, negotiating solutions with senior leaders and managing escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects involving IT, business, user acceptance testing (UAT), and vendor stakeholders, utilizing project management processes and best practices.
- Oversee Go to Market readiness by identifying and managing project schedules, dependencies, issues, risks, and mitigation plans related to Freedom commercial projects and programs.
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, fostering accountability and positive action.
- Contribute to non-project initiatives such as Agile Transformation, Enterprise Initiatives, and process improvement.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and support effective delivery of solutions across the project management community.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of project management experience; PMP and/or PMI-ACP designation is preferred.
- Strong experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and engaging effectively with senior leadership.
- Previous experience in the wireless industry is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
