Job Details:

- Salary: $47.00 hourly / 30 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Qualifications Necessary:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure seamless operations.
- Plan and organize daily operations for construction projects.
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress regularly.
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control.
- Plan and manage budgets effectively.
- Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
- Prepare reports on project status and financials.
Work Conditions:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
