Job Details:

  • Location: Mississauga, ON
  • Salary: $35.50 hourly / 32 hours per week

Qualifications Needed:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering services or use of facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct performance reviews for staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Working Conditions:

  • On-site work; there is no option to work remotely.
