Job Details:

  • Workplace: On site
  • Salary: $63,373 to $70,690 annually (to be negotiated) / 37.5 hours per week
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
  • Schedule: Daytime
  • Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: College/CEGEP in Social Sciences (general)
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Asset Languages: Ojibwa

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize academic and related school activities
  • Plan and organize activities of a private college
  • Review registration statistics
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for projects, programs, support services, and equipment
  • Answer student inquiries
  • Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions

Working Conditions:

  • Post-secondary educational institution setting
  • On-site work only
  • Requires valid driver’s licence
  • Use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook

Personal Suitability:

  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Effective communication with students and staff
  • Ability to manage budgets and educational programs
