Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Minimize hazards throughout food production stages
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule worker activities
- Train staff in safety procedures and company policies
- Recommend hiring and promotion actions
- Prepare production and operational reports
- Order materials, supplies, and equipment
- Recommend productivity and quality improvements
- Coordinate work activities across units
