Job Responsibilities:
- Develop production schedules and duty assignments
- Evaluate and organize daily operations
- Direct quality control inspections
- Hire, supervise, and train staff on equipment and techniques
- Maintain inventory and implement system changes
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate operations
Working Conditions:
- Supervision of 5–10 people
- Work must be completed at the physical location
