We are currently seeking an energetic Produce Department Supervisor to oversee daily department operations, manage inventory, ensure top product quality, lead and train team members, and deliver outstanding customer care in an on-site retail environment.

Key Requirements
- Work Location: 100% On-site (No remote option available)
- Language: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant retail/produce supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Department Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of produce workers, assign duties, conduct performance reviews, hire and train new staff, and perform opening/closing store procedures.
- Inventory & Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, maintain stock levels, check and monitor product quality, and authorize returns.
- Operations & Customer Relations: Prepare sales, merchandising, and personnel reports, and resolve customer requests, complaints, or supply shortages.
