Job Responsibilities:
- Assign projects and programs to purchasing and warehouse departments
- Coordinate buying, selling, and distribution activities
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures
- Organize daily operations
- Review purchase orders and contracts for compliance
- Hire, train, and motivate staff
- Develop and implement purchasing policies
- Evaluate cost and quality of goods/services
- Authorize product/service specifications
- Manage contracts and supplier claims
- Analyze data and prepare reports
- Advise senior management
- Lead sales team and manage client relationships
