About the Employer:
St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre is dedicated to providing high-quality nursing care and support services to individuals in the Cornwall area. We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Personal Support Workers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Support residents with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
  • Monitor and document changes in residents’ conditions and report them to nursing staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a personal support worker or nursing role is an asset.
  • Certification in Personal Support Worker training or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
