Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Credentials: Food Safety Certificate
  • Cuisine Specialization: Italian cuisine

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes
  • Handle special dietary requests and food allergies
  • Manage kitchen operations and supervise staff
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies
  • Clean and inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets

Working Conditions:

  • On-site work only
  • Fast-paced and physically demanding environment
  • Standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads
