Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Credentials: Food Safety Certificate
- Cuisine Specialization: Italian cuisine
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes
- Handle special dietary requests and food allergies
- Manage kitchen operations and supervise staff
- Maintain inventory and order supplies
- Clean and inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Organize buffets and banquets
Working Conditions:
- On-site work only
- Fast-paced and physically demanding environment
