Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Asset Languages: Hindi, Panjabi
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted.
- Mix paint to desired colour and texture.
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabrics to walls.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Advise consumers on colours and choice of wall coverings.
- Estimate costs and required materials.
Working Conditions:
- Work must be completed at the physical job site in Hamilton.
- Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail.
Personal Suitability:
- Ability to provide expert advice on finishes and wall coverings.
- Proficient in material estimation and surface preparation.
