AER Event Rentals Inc. is a leading provider of event rental services, dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Vice-President to oversee our operations and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
As the Operations Vice-President, your primary duties will include:
- Allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs effectively.
- Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Coordinating the work of various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating promotional campaigns, and overseeing overall human resources planning.
- Setting objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs to meet those objectives.
- Representing the organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegating representatives as necessary.
- Selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating authority, and creating optimal working conditions.
Qualifications
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in operations management or a similar role.
Skills Required
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proven ability to manage a large workload and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with strong leadership capabilities and interpersonal awareness.
