Location: 265 Courtneypark Drive East, Mississauga, ON L5T 2T6
Salary: $111,000 to $115,000 annually (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
Experience Requirements:
- 5 years or more in a senior operations management role
Work Environment:
- On-site work only, no remote options
- Work setting in manufacturing or production at a food and beverage plant
Responsibilities:
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; approve human resources planning
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions
- Select middle managers and other executive staff; delegate authority and create optimal working conditions
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
- Analyze operating costs and other data
- Develop quality management and quality assurance standards
- Develop performance standards
Supervision:
- Supervise more than 20 staff members across various areas of responsibility
Experience and Specialization:
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Specialization in quality improvement, operations management, and process improvement
