Qualifications Needed:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in restaurant management or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations and plan/organize daily activities.
- Recruit staff and determine the types of services to be offered.
- Implement operational procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Conduct performance reviews and cost products and services.
- Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Address customer complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
Supervision:
- Supervise more than 20 staff members.

- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail are essential.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking; overtime may be required; bending, crouching, and kneeling involved.
