Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience: 5 years or more
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop production schedules and duty assignments
- Evaluate and organize daily operations
- Read blueprints and drawings
- Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend replacements
- Hire, supervise, and train employees in new equipment or techniques
- Plan and implement changes to machinery, equipment, and production systems
- Manage departmental budget
- Prepare reports, briefings, and correspondence
- Supervise 5–10 employees
