Job Details:

  • Location: Mississauga, ON, L5W 0G5
  • Salary: $195,000 to $200,000 annually (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week
  • Type of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Qualifications Needed:

  • Education: Master’s degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate subcontractor activities
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Develop risk management plans
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Prepare reports

Supervision:

  • Working groups, Contractors, and Staff in various areas of responsibility

Experience and Specialization:

  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office, SharePoint
  • Construction Specialization: Industrial, commercial, and institutional
  • Area of Specialization: Project management
