Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Obtain and process client information
  • Record and relay messages
  • Schedule appointments and send invoices
  • Receive and issue payments
  • Perform clerical duties including filing and mail distribution
  • Answer and manage telephone calls
  • Arrange teleconferences and provide directory assistance
  • Monitor mobile radio or telephone
  • Provide emergency and relay services
