Qualifications:
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Responsibilities:
- Implement and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, and maintenance
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory controls
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures
- Resolve conflict situations and monitor payroll administration
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
