Job Details:

  • Location: Brantford, ON
  • Salary: $28.50 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
  • Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications Necessary:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Implement and review new administrative procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities.
  • Ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures.

Experience and Specialization:
Candidates should have a strong knowledge of computer and technology, particularly with:

  • MS Excel
  • MS Office (including MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint)

Work Conditions:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
