Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work and train staff
  • Establish work priorities and monitor deadlines
  • Coordinate office services (equipment, supplies, security, relocation, parking)
  • Monitor, evaluate, and resolve conflict situations
  • Oversee budgeting and expenditures

Working Conditions:
