Job Overview:
As an Office Manager at Northern Tax and Financial Services, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative procedures, coordinating office services, and ensuring efficient operations within the office. Your organizational skills will be essential in managing daily tasks and supporting the team.
Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure compliance with deadlines
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including supplies and maintenance
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory controls
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and coordinate all office administrative procedures
Requirements:
- Languages: English
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (3 months to less than 1 year)
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in an administrative role
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of computerized recording equipment
