Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Technology Knowledge:
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows)
- Adobe Photoshop, Google Drive, Database software, Email systems
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and review administrative procedures
- Delegate tasks and supervise 3–4 staff members
- Coordinate office services and manage inventory
- Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee payroll and resolve conflicts
- Monitor and evaluate office operations
- Train staff and ensure compliance with policies
