Job Details:

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Technology Knowledge:
    • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows)
    • Adobe Photoshop, Google Drive, Database software, Email systems

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement and review administrative procedures
  • Delegate tasks and supervise 3–4 staff members
  • Coordinate office services and manage inventory
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee payroll and resolve conflicts
  • Monitor and evaluate office operations
  • Train staff and ensure compliance with policies
