Job Details:
- Location: Cambridge, ON
- Salary: $27.50 per hour
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime, On Call, Early Morning, Morning shifts)
- Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in an administrative or managerial role
- Languages: English
Responsibilities:
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out the administrative activities of the establishment
- Coordinate and plan for office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry as needed
Experience and Specialization:
- Proficient in computer and technology knowledge, especially with insurance software
Additional Information:
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check required
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation is necessary
- Work Conditions:
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
