Job Details:

  • Location: 2410 Lucknow Dr, Suite 26, Mississauga, ON, L5S 1V1
  • Salary: $34.50 per hour
  • Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
  • Hours of Work: 30 hours per week (Day shifts)
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Vacancies Available: 1 vacancy

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in an administrative role
  • Languages: English

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and review new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor/evaluate office activities

Experience and Specialization:

  • Proficient in computer and technology knowledge, especially MS Office
