Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office services (e.g., relocation, equipment, maintenance)
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain controls
  • Assemble data and prepare reports and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and oversee administrative procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate office operations
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures
