Qualifications Required:

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures for records release under access and privacy legislation
  • Coordinate office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Plan and arrange accommodation and transportation services
  • Perform general administrative tasks
