Job Details:

- Salary: $17.20 hourly / 45 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Seasonal, Full-time

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries
- Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
- Send and receive messages
- Provide general information to clients and the public
- Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Organize and schedule office work
Work Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
