Qualifications Required:

  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement, review, and evaluate administrative procedures
  • Establish priorities and ensure adherence to deadlines
  • Administer privacy-related procedures under government legislation
  • Coordinate office services including maintenance, assets, parking, and equipment
  • Assist with budgeting and inventory control
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Train and supervise staff
  • Oversee payroll and administrative operations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and develop internal policies
  • Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Support financial statement audits
  • Handle hazardous product storage
