Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, and financial record management.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
  • Support staff with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  • Oversee inventory and ordering of office supplies to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
