ACA Emergency Response Training Inc. is dedicated to providing comprehensive emergency response training and services. We are currently seeking organized and detail-oriented Office Administrators to join our team in Mississauga. Key Responsibilities
As an Office Administrator, your primary duties will include:

  • Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Delegating work to office support staff and establishing work priorities.
  • Ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carrying out administrative activities for the establishment effectively.
  • Administering policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.

Qualifications

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative role.

Skills Required

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and reliability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
